Donald Liang (he/him) is a third-year student at Rochester Institute of Technology studying Computing and Information Technologies with a minor in Political Science. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and experimenting with various cuisines, dancing, playing volleyball, and exploring new places. Through ASCET, Donald is passionate about mobilizing AAPI voters to highlight the importance of civic engagement beyond just the November elections. He believes this opportunity will empower AAPI communities in smaller counties to harness their collective strength and make a difference for generations to come.
